A Game of Stress Relief

While tennis is a great workout, a shared smoke with a friend after is where stress relief settles in. This work is part of The Irony of Self Care Series which explores snapshots in time where as humans we do our best to make healthy choices while simultaneously self sabotaging our efforts with our vices.  The balance of these efforts, the ebb and flow of "good" vs "bad" choices are all part of how we define joy and wellness in this human experience we call life. In muted tones of green, gold and cream these neutral colors are sure to look good in any space.
